The first version of Case Manager was built in 1996 as a customer communication solution focussed specifically on the needs of a financial contact center in the medical industry. From this point Case Manager was adopted into more and more medical practices and hospitals. During the early to mid 2000s Case Manager was implemented into a diverse range of customers including Hospitals, Universities, Multinational Manufacturers, Government Departments, Legal Collection Practices, Accounts Receivable Contact Centers, Tracing Contact Centers and more.
Case Manager's international expansion started in 2016 within the opening of our first international office in the United States. We are still very active in South Africa and have a growing group of support and sales teams across the Johannesburg / Pretoria region and more recently in the Cape Town region as well. We also serve customers in various other regions in the country.
