Adds an attachments case button which will allow agents to store case attachments on FTP servers using the FTP protocol. You can for example store your attachments on Azure using this feature.
By default Case Manager leaves cases open allowing agents to easily navigate between open cases. By using this extension Case Manager will automatically close any open cases when a new case is opened. It is used to avoid agents from opening an excessive amount of cases without closing them.
